Privateer bikes 161 Enduro Mountain Bike P2 Medium 29er mini DH bike

Privateer 161 Enduro Mountain Bike P2 Medium in Black. Size medium, so would suit anywhere from just under 6ft, down to 5ft 6. Out of stock with privateer, so why wait? Hi there, this is the sale of my heavily upgraded Privateer 161. 64 degree head angle, 80 degree seat tube.

Made for going straight up, the back down as fast as possible. Spec Highlights include, Hope tech E4 brakes, and floating rotors, coil shock, Shimano XT drivetrain and Burgtec finishing kit, and Rockshox suspension. The frame is in very good condition for a second hand mountain bike, with very few scuffs or scratches.

The worst of these I have photographed, are under the BB area as usual, but are still minor. The wheels run true and are set up tubeless, with reinforced tyres (Shwalbe and Michelin) The rims have a few stone chips as to be expected on Matt black wheels. However they are true and tensioned correctly. All frame bearings are in good condition, and shock bushes are also in good nick.

The drivetrain is Shimano XT, with the mech being deore, as it is in the firing line, so cheap to replace if necessary. The crank arms have a bit of heel rub, but I have photographed this to show the marks. Suspension is Rockshox lyrik ultimate up front (serviced recently) and has a few cosmetic scratches on the lowers (see photo).

Rear shock is a Rockshox super deluxe ultimate coil, set up for a 13 stone rider. This transforms these bikes and makes them like mini DH bikes that will still climb. Hope tech E4 brakes fitted, with 203mm floating rotors to match, provide the stopping power required, and add bling. Hunt enduro wide wheelset all runs as it should, and is a strong and reliable wheelset. This is about the only standard part on the bike. The rest of the bike is finished with Burgtec bars, stem, grips and chainring.

Brand X dropper is bomb proof and reliable. Nukeproof chain guide and bash guard fitted. No pedals included, but I can throw a pair on for a test ride if required. Located in Halesowen, West midlands.
