A few paint chips and scratches here and there, including an unsightly one on the non drive side chainstay. None of these will affect performance. I have photographed all of the significant chips. Bearings are decent if not perfect. No play in the linkage/pivots.

I personally wouldn't change them for a while if I were to build the bike up again. Comes with Nukeproof headset in ok shape, Nukeproof rear axle, spare derailleur hanger, seat clamp, hose tidying bit, and I have stuck on extra down tube protection. I have left parts of cable in the internal routing to aid building. Shock requirements 230x62.5 mounting hardware is 25x8mm front, 30x8mm rear. Please let me know if you have any questions.
