A lovely retro iconic Kona MTB, components are period correct excepting the tyres I've had this bike from new and it has always been professionally maintained. All bearings smooth I had the frame and forks powdered coated after only a couple of years which has done wonders for protecting the frame from corrosion. Kona Lava Dome mountain bike in excellent condition.

Size 16" centre to centre (19"measured to top of seat tube). Frame: Kona double-butted chromoly tubing. Gears: Shimano Deore XT 8 speed.

Shifters: Shimano Deore XT triple/8 speed. Brakes: Shimano Deore XT - V type. Wheels: Mavic X517 rims on Shimano Deore LX hubs. Original Kona seatpost, h/bar stem and bars. There is slight surface rust to the bridge on the rear stays (photo) and I drilled and threaded 2 small holes in the rear of the seatpost to fit a bottle cage (photo).
