Since 1999 the infamous Megavalanche race, which starts from the highest point on Pic Blanc (3300m) above the village of Alpe D'Huez, has been synonymous with all mountain riding and the highest level of true mountain bike racing. Conceived originally in 2009 by the development team at Nukeproof in an attempt to build the perfect bike for this exact style of racing, the Mega was born. Refined and improved since then, it has evolved into the perfect All Mountain and Enduro race bike. The Mega 275 Comp is for every day riders who want to push their limits. Designed around a 27.5" wheel size, it features a 27.5" T6 6061 aluminium frame with RockShox Monarch Plus R High Volumeshock.

With Rapid Recovery and Solo Air technologies, it provides traction-gaining suppleness and allows you to take your riding to levels you never thought possible. At the front end, RockShox Pike RC Solo Air forks deliver 160mm of smooth travel with a charger damper. A dependable SRAM transmission features a GX chainset, shifter and derailleur.

SRAM DB5 hydraulic disc brakes front and rear deliver consistent reliability and control. Finishing kit consists of the tried and tested Nukeproof range of components, with a SRAM Roam 30 wheelset. For confidence inspiring grip, Schwalbe Evo TLE Mega 275 Comp.
